Verus conducts its affairs in accordance with a Quality Management System which meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. This ensures works are carried out to the correct specification and to the satisfaction of our clients. To enable us to achieve this goal all operatives and staff employed accept direct responsibility for their own work and are fully trained to clearly interpret all of our control interfaces which are coordinated to the highest standards.

It is our mission to:

  • Conform to agreed project standards, contract agreement terms, laws and statutory obligations, industry standards and good business ethics

  • Promote a culture of quality awareness and responsibility through leadership, communication and training for direct employees, suppliers and subcontractors

  • Strive for harmonious teamwork and wellbeing of our people whilst investing in individuals through education, training and development

  • Manage our resources to achieve project completion on time, every time, conforming to quality standards and finishing without defects and non-conformance

The purpose, scope and procedures of Verus’ Quality Management System apply to all supply services and process activities involved in meeting the company’s and client’s requirements.

All employees of Verus Construction are required to enhance their quality awareness, understanding their respective responsibilities and to consistently implement our quality policy.

Verus’ Quality System is continually reviewed by management and is periodically assessed through the annual schedule of internal Quality Audit. All revisions to the Quality Manual are implemented with immediate effect.
